Description

Memory Match is a classic card-matching game that challenges players to test and improve their memory skills The game consists of a set of cards usually laid out face-down forming a grid or a deck The cards are usually identical pairs featuring images The objective of the game is to find and match all the pairs in the shortest number of turns Setup The cards are shuffled and placed face-down in a grid or stack so the players cannot see the images or symbols on them Turn-taking Players take turns flipping over two cards of their choice one at a time The cards they select are revealed to all players but they must memorize the location and the content of each card Matching The goal is to find two cards with the same image or symbol creating a matching pair If the two flipped cards match the player keeps them and earns a point The matched cards are removed from the playing area and set aside Non-matching cards If the two flipped cards do not match the player must remember the location and the content of these cards for future reference as they will be turned back face-down in their original position Continuation The game continues with each player taking turns to flip over two cards at a time trying to remember the location of previously revealed cards and making matches when possible Game completion The game ends when all pairs have been successfully matched and there are no more cards left in the grid The player with the most matched pairs at the end of the game is the winner
